Will make sure his division is ran professionally, organized, fun, and active. Will hold division meetings once a week. Can terminate Ltg and below from his division. Is #1 in charge of his battalion. Will make sure all his members are squared away, kept up to date with new news/information. Can approve a scrim. has channel admin for his battalion ventrilo channel. Can demote anyone under him and will inform Division HQ of the demotion with reason ASAP. make sure all his members are registered on the forums. Promotes members in his battalion. Will try to resolve any disciplinary action from Division HQ to one of the commissioned members (officers) in his battalion.
Lieutenant Colonel- (empty)
#2 in charge of his battalion. Will welcome the new recruits in their battalion and make sure they register on the forums, have a WFC email account, understand the clan meeting rules, understand the rules of scrimmages, ladder matches, etc. Will recommend members in his battalion for promotion to his Colonel.

Will work with the Major General and make sure all members in his battalion are updated with medals.
Captain- (empty)
Will make sure all members in his Battlalion are updated on Clan Ladder updates. Keep members updated on rules of clan ladders and clan scrimmages.

Will make sure all members in his battalion emails are current, keep a list of all members x-fire names/ MSN names / AIM names in his battalion.

Will help producers in making videos for thier division. Will work with the producer to create ideas, gather information, or anything that is needed to make videos. Once a video is made with the producers help and they agree on the final product, then this person will contact the Executive Producer [HQ] for approval on the video..
2nd Lieutenant- (empty)
Will make sure all members in his battalion are wearing the correct tags and ranks at all times in gaming servers and ventrilo servers.

Makes reports for members who break rules after being warned with proof and forward it to the Smp. If a WFC member from another division comes to play on his divisions gaming server, he will try to confirm that it is truly a WFC member with the correct rank. Is the highest enlisted rank in the Division. He will try to resolve any problems within the enlisted members before reaching Division HQ. He will make sure the enlisted members are treated fairly and respectfully. Will try to resolve disciplinary action from his Colonel or Division HQ to one of the enlisted members in his division.
Cadet- (empty)
This perosn is an Officer in training, Must be 14 years old He/She Will be asked how they would handle a situation that is present in that division from the Division HQ and then be explained in detail why or why not. Will be mentored by the Cwo. Holding this rank improves promotions to Officer Greatly. No admin is needed.
Producer- (empty)
Will work with the Warrant Officer amd make Recruitment, In Game, Advetisent Videos for thier Division within =WFC=. before posting any videos the warrant officer must have approval by the Executive Producer [HQ] before posting on any web site. And the links for those videos will be posted on the main web page as well, this is a good oppurtnity for anyone loving video technology and can be a great help for a Division
Drill Seargent- (empty)
This person has major input on promoting or demoting any seregant, staff seargent, sergeant first class or master sergeant. Will mentor these ranks in clan rules and morals. Will mold these ranks noted above into WFC-4-LIFE members. this rank does not hold admin rights.
